Columbia Fly-In 2012
Hey fellow 195ers,
Marlon is putting together the 2012 Columbia 195 ( & other cool planes) Camping Fly-in for August 11-13.
Last years we had beautiful warm weather and the Columbia Camp Ground is one of the nicest with the Club House, basic warm showers and camping under some of the loveliest Oak Trees to be found, all with your 195 parked a few yards away.
Don't forget the grass runway, what more could you need?
Marlon's pancakes are not to be missed!
This year I am coordinating the Friday night potluck dinner. Spaghetti is the theme. I will make the sauce and bring the pasta. I am looking for volunteers for the following items:
Salad of some sort
Garlic bread fixings (we can make it there in the kitchen)
Dessert(s)
Wine of all sorts (can't have too much of this!)
As a bonus this year I am going to have an outdoor theater to watch aviation movies and we can make s'mores with one of the grills.
Ok gang let me know what you bring.

It's gone really quiet out there and the Columbia fly-in is in a couple days...
Do we have a head count? Need to know how much salad and cheesy bread to bring.
And, any further word on the Saturday night BBQ? Do we need to bring items for the BBQ?
As it stands now my Dad will be joining us as well (so 3 in total). In on Friday out on Sunday.
