Sep 22, Thursday   Early Arrivals
  2-6 pm Hospitality tent at Saratoga Airport. Transportation to hotel available.
  7 pm No Host Dinner in Saratoga Springs. (Lots of very good restaurants to choose from)
Sep 23, Friday 7 am Briefing over breakfast by Saratoga Convention & Tourism Bureau on local attractions and activities. (Location to be announced)
  9 am Wheels-up for fly-out to (KBDL) New England Air Museum. Friday arrivals may wish to meet us at BDL.
(40 min flight, 2.5 hour drive for no-flyers. Transportation volunteers may be needed)
$7.00 group rate includes 2 hr tour
Box lunch will be available after tour
  2-6 pm Hospitality tent at Saratoga Airport.  Transportation to hotel available.
  4 pm Wheels-up for return to Saratoga
  7-10 pm Reception at Saratoga Auto Museum
Sep 24, Saturday   Cessna 190/195 Technical Clinic at The 195 Factory. (transportation volunteers will be needed)
  9:00 am Arrivals, coffee & pastries
  10 am Clinic presentations
  12 noon Lunch provided
  1 pm Clinic break-out sessions
  4 pm Saratoga Airport - tire kicking, story telling, hospitality tent
  7 pm Cocktails and Banquet at Gideon Putnam
Sep 25, Sunday 10 am Wheels-up for fly-out to Olde Rhinebeck Aerodrome
Fly to Kingston-Ulster (20N)
(25 min flight/15min shuttle, 2 hr drive for no-flyers. Transportation volunteers may be needed)
  11:30 am Group tour Olde Rhinebeck Museum , 1 hr
  2 pm Olde Rhinebeck Airshow, 2 hrs
$12.00 / $10.00 Seniors / $6.00 Child
  7 pm ish No Host Dinner in Saratoga Springs

Note: For those of you that are flying yourselves and trying to optimize time, feel free to plan your arrival at KBDL on Thursday and join the group at the New England Air Museum. Also, you can plan your departure from Kingston-Ulster (20N) on Sunday afternoon.
